Itinerary
DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI (NO MEALS)
Welcome on arrival at New Delhi Airport by our airport representative. After meet-and-assist services, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
DAY 02: DELHI – SRINAGAR (B/L/D) – FLIGHT
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Srinagar. On arrival, meet and transfer to your houseboat. Lunch is served on board. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour of Srinagar visiting the Mughal Gardens: Shalimar Garden (Abode of Love), built by Emperor Jahangir in 1616 for Nur Jahan and Nishat Garden (Garden of Pleasure), offering superb views across the lake to the Pir Panjal Mountains. From spring to autumn (March–October), these gardens are filled with colourful seasonal flowers. Dinner and overnight on the houseboat.
DAY 03: SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR (B/L/D)
After breakfast on the houseboat, depart for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg. The natural beauty of Gulmarg has attracted travellers for generations. Enjoy a Gondola ride up to the 1st Phase. Hot lunch at a local restaurant.
Return to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and overnight on the houseboat.
DAY 04: SRINAGAR – DELHI – AGRA (B/L/D) – FLIGHT
Breakfast on the houseboat, followed by a relaxing Shikara boat ride on Dal Lake. Enjoy an early lunch on board, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, drive directly to Agra (approx. 210 km / 4–5 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 05: AGRA – FATEHPUR SIKRI – JAIPUR (B/L/D)
After breakfast, start your Agra city tour: - Visit the iconic Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), one of the world’s most beautiful monuments, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It took around 22 years and over 20,000 craftsmen to complete, Visit the impressive Agra Fort on the banks of the Yamuna River, showcasing a blend of architectural styles and the grandeur of the Mughal era. You may also visit local marble handicraft workshops and soft stone inlay work, a legacy of Mughal craftsmanship. Later, drive to Jaipur, the “Pink City” (approx. 235 km / 5.5 hours). En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar. Within its walls are palaces, halls, and courtyards that echo the Mughal golden age. On arrival in Jaipur, check in to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 06: JAIPUR (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Amer Fort (Amber Fort), the ancient capital of Jaipur State, located about 11 km from the city. Ascend the hill to the fort by elephant ride (or by jeep if elephants are not available). Return to the hotel for lunch.
In the afternoon, continue your Jaipur city tour: - Photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a beautiful pink façade with numerous small windows once used by royal ladies to watch processions and Visit the City Palace, the former royal residence known for its stunning architecture, museums, courtyards, and gardens. Later, enjoy free time for shopping in Jaipur’s colourful bazaars, famous for handicrafts, antiques, jewellery, gemstones, pottery, carpets, textiles, metalwork, and leatherware. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 07: JAIPUR – DELHI – DEPARTURE (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Delhi (approx. 265 km / 6 hours). On arrival, lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a short city tour of Delhi including: Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built by Shah Jahan and completed in 1658, with three gateways, four towers, and two 40 m minarets (dress modestly and remove shoes before entering), India Gate, a 42 m high stone arch built as a war memorial to Indian soldiers who died in World War I and the Afghan wars, Drive past the President’s House, once the residence of the British Viceroy and now the official residence of the President of India and Drive past the circular Parliament House, home to the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. In the evening, dinner at a local restaurant, then transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
